„Reconstruct is a web-based solution that uses existing ambient visual data on construction sites to improve planning, coordination, and transparency. Specifically, using images and videos captured with commodity phones, consumer cameras, time-lapse cameras, as well as camera drones, the platform continuously reconstructs and visualizes reality of construction sites in a 4D (3D+time) environment. The reconstructed reality is then mapped to a 4D Building Information Model created in the same web-based environment to measure progress and productivity, and analyzes risk for delay using predictive data analytics. By putting actual performance data in a visual context of Reality and Plan, our platform provides transparency in project execution and helps project teams better plan, coordinate, communicate and most importantly proactively tap off delays before they surface on their jobsites.“
