Short survey to assess the attractiveness of the E&C industry as employer and identify areas for action.

Recruiting, retaining and developing (digital) skills will be crucial for the on-going transformation of the E&C industry. Companies need to take action to succeed in the war for talent. The topic is also one of the main discussion topics when leaders of the infrastructure and urban development industries meet next week at the World Economic Forum’s Annual meeting in Davos.

Therefore, we would like to invite to take a short 5-minute survey  to better understand the attractiveness of the industry for talent and what topics companies in the industry need to address in order to improve talent acquisition. It is directed to both students and young professionals as well as industry veterans to get a comprehensive assessment of the talent topic. The survey results will inform the discussion in Davos.
